Welcoming David Crook to Our Orange County Office

HELIX is excited to announce the addition of David Crook, Environmental Planning Group Manager, to our Orange County office located in Irvine. This expansion allows us to support clients in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire on a greater scale.  Leading our Orange County environmental planning team, David brings 18 years of experience in the issues of environmental science, impact assessment, planning, and geographic information system (GIS) applications.

David has managed the environmental compliance programs for all levels of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation for a wide variety of both private and public projects, as well as other planning documents, including General Plans and Specific Plans. David is an accredited member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Accredited Professional (AP) for Building Design + Construction (BD+C) through the U.S. Green Building Council. In addition, he currently serves as a board member for the Orange County Association of Environmental Professionals and previously served as a board member for the Orange Section of the California Chapter American Planning Association.
