Union City BART Specific Plan

HELIX Environmental Planning (HELIX) is providing technical study and CEQA consultation services for the approximately 25-acre Union City Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) project located in the City of Union City within in Alameda County. The proposed project includes the development of 592 single- and multi-family residential units and associated features (e.g., parks and trails) around the existing BART station and the planned intermodal facility. A total of 258 detached single family units, 245 multi-family attached units, and 89 affordable senior apartment units are proposed for construction.
