UC San Diego Center for Novel Therapeutics
HELIX prepared CEQA documentation for the proposed therapeutics research facility on the campus of the UC San Diego. Tasks include the preparation of a focused Environmental Impact Report (EIR), tiered from the 2004 Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) Program EIR (as updated in 2010) as well as the preparation of an air quality/green house gas (GHG) analyses that address both operation and construction emissions associated with the project. The Center for Novel Therapeutics project includes wet and dry laboratories, bioengineering core facilities, research support spaces, clinical space, and offices.
