U.S. Navy Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity NEPA Compliance Contract
HELIX Environmental Planning (HELIX) is providing NEPA compliance and related environmental services to Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest and its customers throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada. Contract duration is up to five years and capacity is $30 million. Projects completed under this Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract have included the preparation of Environmental Assessments, public involvement/outreach programs, cultural resources studies, and biology surveys.
