San Vicente Pipeline Project

The San Diego County Water Authority is dedicating the newly completed San Vicentes Pipeline at a ceremony planned for January 19, 2011. The 11-mile-long pipeline, along with other components of the Emergency Storage Project, provide a reliable water supply in the event that imported water supplies are cut off in an emergency. HELIX provided construction monitoring services for this regionally important project to ensure compliance with environmental requirements.
