San Diego County Water Authority’s Pipelines 3 & 4 Relining Project

After nearly 9 months of construction, HELIX is completing the environmental compliance monitoring on the San Diego County Water Authority’s Pipelines 3 & 4 Relining project from State Route 52 to Lake Murray. The project involved relining over 3.5 miles of existing pipelines that are part of the Water Authority’s Second Aqueduct in order to strengthen and rehabilitate the existing infrastructure and increase reliability of water transport in the region.
