Pomerado Hospital Expansion
HELIX Environmental Planning (HELIX) provided environmental consulting services for the Pomerado Hospital Expansion Project in San Diego County. The project included a five-story outpatient services pavilion and adjoining parking garage, an inpatient bed tower, and a conference and education center. HELIX prepared a biological technical report for the project, helped to respond to public comments on the environmental compliance document, and conducted pre-construction bird surveys as part of project mitigation.
