NAEP 2013 Environmental Excellence Awards – NEPA Excellence

HELIX has just learned that the State Route 11 (SR-11) and Otay Mesa East Port-of-Entry (POE) Project, for which our firm prepared the programmatic EIR/EIS and project level EIR/EIS, working closely with Caltrans District 11, has been selected by the National Association of Environmental Professionals (NAEP) to receive the 2013 National Environmental Excellence Award in the award category of “NEPA Excellence.” The award will be conferred to HELIX and Caltrans District 11 at the AEP/NAEP National Conference in Los Angeles in April.
