Huntington Memorial Hospital Emergency Department Expansion
HELIX Environmental Planning (HELIX) prepared an Initial Study/Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for an expansion of the emergency department at Huntington Memorial Hospital. The expansion included demolition of an existing building, realignment of a private roadway, and construction of an approximately 54,000-square-foot building. HELIX also evaluated the potential noise impacts associated with the demolition, excavation, and operational traffic.
