HELIX Opens Auburn, California Office. HELIX is very excited to announce that Jeff Glazner and Matt Fremont have joined HELIX to open our new office in Auburn, California. Jeff Glazner, co-founder of North Fork Associates is bringing the firm’s natural resources practice to HELIX. Mr Glazner is a Professional Wetland Scientist and biological consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the Sierra Nevada and Central Valley regions. He is formally trained as a botanist and is a Certified Professional Wetland Scientist. Mr. Glazner’s areas of expertise include wetland identification and mapping, botanical ecology, aerial photo analysis and interpretation, and regulatory compliance. Matt Fremont is a project manager with a strong background in planning and GIS. Adding an Auburn office expands HELIX’s ability to provide environmental consulting services throughout California and the western U.S.
