HELIX-Hon Joint Venture Awarded Up-to $30 Million NAVFAC Southwest Contract

La Mesa, CA – Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest has awarded a $30 million environmental services contract to a joint venture between HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc. (HELIX) and Hon Consulting, Inc. The contract covers National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance and related environmental services at Navy and U.S. Marine Corps installations throughout California, Arizona and Nevada. The contract is for up to $30 million and can be extended to five years if all options are exercised.
