HELIX Expands Staff in Orange County

HELIX Environmental Planning welcomes Amir Morales, Principal Regulatory Specialist, and Ezekiel Cooley, Regulatory Specialist/Project Manager, to our Orange County office located in Irvine. This expansion allows HELIX to support Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire on a greater scale.

Leading our Orange County biology team, Amir brings 15 years of experience in issues pertaining to hydrology, environmental science, and regulatory permitting. He specializes in arid/wetland delineations; jurisdictional resource assessments; Section 404, 401, and 1602 regulatory permitting and compliance; and compensatory mitigation development for both private and public clients.
