Altura Apartments

HELIX Environmental Planning (HELIX) provided air quality and greenhouse gas (GHG) analysis and regulatory permitting services for a 5.55-acre apartment project in the City of Petaluma. HELIX conducted a jurisdictional delineation and prepared permit applications working closely with resource agencies including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The project applicant proposes construction and operation of a multi-family housing project within the City of Petaluma, within close proximity to the Petaluma River and Bay estuary wetlands.
