We are excited to announce the promotion of Ralph Vigil from our Placer County office in Roseville to Construction Group Manager!
In this expanded leadership role, Ralph oversees a team of restoration specialists focused on the planning, implementation, and maintenance of ecological restoration and mitigation projects across Northern California. He works side-by-side with our biologists, arborists, environmental planners, landscape architects, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) staff throughout the planning, design, and implementation phases of a project to ensure a seamless transition, necessary compliance, and successful development.
With 35 years of experience in the environmental industry and an emphasis on native habitat restoration and mitigation, Ralph brings decades of experience and institutional knowledge to our clients. Ralph has in-depth expertise in adaptive management techniques; regulatory compliance; wetland, riparian, and upland plant communities; invasive plant control practices; and irrigation systems.
Ralph is actively engaged in the restoration community and has held leadership roles within several professional organizations including serving as a former President and member of the Board of Directors for the California Society for Ecological Restoration and current member of the California Native Grasslands Association and the California Invasive Plant Council.
Please join us in celebrating Ralph’s career accomplishments and promotion! We look forward to his continued contributions to our growing, successful team.
