Habitat Restoration Technician – Rancho Cordova

HELIX’s Construction Group, an environmental construction and habitat restoration company, is seeking to fill a Habitat Restoration Technician Position at our Rancho Cordova, CA location.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Non-native species removal
- Mowing/weed whipping
- Herbicide application
- Plant installation
- Irrigation installation
- Travel for out of town projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ yrs. General Labor Experience or related experience
- 1+ yrs. Landscaping Experience or related experience
- Be safety minded
- Must have strong communication skills
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Work in a variety outdoor weather patterns
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Walk in a variety of uneven surfaces and slopes
- Knowledge of native plants and weed species a PLUS

Compensation
$17.50-$21/hour, or dependent on experience. Excellent benefits package included.
