Habitat Restoration

  1. Water audit – evaluation of project to identify areas where water use may be reduced
  2. Landscape enhancement plan – creation of a plan to enhance current project design using drought-tolerant species
  3. Irrigation retrofit – implementation of changes recommended by the water audit to ensure efficient functioning
  4. Plant transition – establishment and maintenance of locally grown, drought-tolerant plant material
  5. Cost savings documentation – report water and maintenance savings following enhancement for one year

Traditional Landscape Installation and Maintenance

• Highly trained staff experienced in using proper landscaping methods for residential and commercial areas, as well as parkways and medians
• Soil, irrigation, plant installation, hardscape and lighting
• Work directly with property managers, Homeowners’ Associations, etc. to meet specific needs of project

Bioswales

• Naturally vegetated swales to clean water and meet stormwater treatment requirements
• Incorporation of bioswales into project landscape

Sedimentation Basins

• Help protect environmentally sensitive areas of project from downstream sediment and pollutants
• Extensive experience with municipal, state and federal requirements

Storm Drain Filters

• Limit amount of sedimentation and pollutants (oil, trash) that enter storm drain system as result of project
• Background in regulatory agency interaction and permit compliance
• Maintenance and documentation of storm drain filters to ensure proper function and preparation for inspections
