Reclaimed Water Conveyance at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton

Water Conveyance AerialHELIX Environmental Planning (HELIX) is providing environmental management and construction services during the design and construction of a reclaimed water conveyance project at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in San Diego County. The project includes a recycled water distribution system from the Northern Regional Tertiary Treatment Plant (NRTTP) to Bachelor Enlisted Quarters; selected irrigation sites, and a recycled water system including reservoirs and injection wells. HELIX will prepare an Environmental Management Plan (EMP), Habitat Restoration Plan (HRP), and will manage the submittal of regulatory notifications to the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), Army Corps of Engineers, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Additionally, HELIX will conduct site assessments and provide support to ensure compliance with the EMP and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents.
