  • California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 11 As-needed Environmental Services in support of the required environmental documentation for project approval, under CEQA and NEPA; work includes EIR, EIS, IS, EA, FONSI, Proposed Negative Declaration/MND, Categorical Exemption and/or CatEx preparation, as well as Generalist Environmental tasks, Air Quality, CIA, Socioeconomic Impact Analyses, Water Quality Studies, Section 4(f) and related reports (2008-present)
  • San Diego Unified Port District As-need Environmental Services, including the preparation of environmental documents and technical studies required under CEQA, NEPA and the District’s Guidelines for Compliance with CEQA (2009-present)
  • City of San Diego Metropolitan Wastewater Department As-needed Environmental Services, including construction monitoring (biological and paleontological resources), preparation of restoration plans and cultural resources surveys (2007-present)
  • Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest Two indefinite quantity (on-call) environmental services and planning contracts for the U.S. Navy. Over 25 task orders totaling more than $4 million awarded for work at installations from the Pacific northwest to Nevada and throughout California, including EAs, Basic Facility Updates, 1391, historical resource assessments, traffic and parking studies, biological surveys and habitat restoration plans.
  • The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California Concurrent As-needed Environmental Services contracts spanning more than 15 years. Task orders have included preparation of CEQA compliance documents (e.g., EIR, IS/MND and MM), peer review of reports, biological and archaeological monitoring, and preparation of technical studies such as air quality impact analyses.

  • University of California, San Diego On-call Services Contract, including EIRs, IS/MNDs, MMRPs, CEQA Findings, Preliminary EAs, BTRs, cultural resources investigations, air quality assessments, hazardous materials/waste assessments, noise studies, traffic analyses, and visual quality investigations for new construction and redevelopment projects on campus lands (1999-present)
  • City of Rancho Palos Verdes On-call Environmental Consulting Services Contract, including resource agency permitting, landscape plans, and/or CEQA documentation for a major landslide stabilization and revegetation project; Abalone Shores Park Master Plan; several drainage, sewer, and water pipelines; and the Palos Verde Drive East washout and biological surveys assessing the mitigation potential of open space parcels in conjunction with the City's NCCP Subarea Plan (2001-present)

  • Otay Water District On-Call Services, including MNDs, air pollution permitting, traffic analysis support, a feasibility study of decomposed granite mining potential, burrowing owl mitigation and monitoring, Section 7 consultation, gnatcatcher surveys and mitigation reporting, technical studies (biology, cultural resources, and traffic), and general environmental staff support (1996-1999)
