  • Sea World Master Plan EIR for the Sea World Master Plan Update, to guide future renovation, redevelopment, and expansion of the theme park (San Diego, CA)
  • Port of San Diego Commercial Fisheries Revitalization Plan Revitalization Plan and Coastal Public Access Plan, including characterization of existing environmental conditions at two sites (San Diego, CA)
  • Upper Newport Bay Unit III Sediment Control Program IS and CEQA Addendum for a major dredging and offshore disposal project in Upper Newport Bay (Newport Beach, CA)
  • Crown Isle Resort and Marina Project EIR and permitting. Reached agreement with the Corps regarding eelgrass mitigation plan (San Diego, CA)
  • Baywide Mooring and Anchorage Master Plan EIR for the Port’s Master Plan, which included eight anchorages in San Diego Bay, requiring consultation with the San Diego Unified Port District, U.S. Coast Guard, local jurisdictions and recreational, commercial and house boaters (San Diego, CA)
  • Quivira Basin Specific Plan Program EIR addressing redevelopment of land around Quivira Basin located within Mission Bay, and addressing enhancement and reconfiguration of existing restaurants, marinas, sport fishing operations and a boat repair facility as well as construction of two new hotels and a retail center (San Diego, CA)
