- Plaza Camino Real Project Air Quality Assessment to address the potential for air quality and climate change impacts related to short-term construction activities and long-term operations of the expanded shopping center, including stationary and mobile sources (Carlsbad, CA)

- Las Flores Estates Tentative Subdivision Project Air quality analysis for a 150-residence development, including an evaluation of project construction emissions and operational traffic impacts, and a risk screening analysis of construction diesel emissions and operational air quality impacts on the surrounding properties (El Centro, CA)
- Embassy Suites Mission Valley Project Air Quality Technical Report for a hotel development project, including an assessment of emissions associated with construction activities and project-related vehicle traffic increases, CO “hot spot” analysis, and mitigation measures (San Diego, CA)
- Eastlake Corporate Center Project Air Quality Technical Report for an industrial/research office building and hotel development project, including an assessment of emissions associated with construction activities and project-related vehicle traffic increases, CO “hot spot” analysis, and mitigation measures (Chula Vista, CA)
- Wal-Mart Superstore Expansion Project Air quality analysis for the expansion and conversion of Wal-Mart to a superstore to meet the Butte County Air Pollution Control District’s air quality and mitigation requirements (Chico, CA)
- Frazier Park Estates Project Air quality analysis for a new residential community including an estimation of project construction and operational emissions with the URBEMIS2007 model and an assessment of mitigation measures with detailed emission reduction strategies to offset the project’s construction and operational emissions (Kern County, CA)
- Sunroad Harbor Island Hotel and Marina Project EIR air quality section for project to construct a 300-room hotel and new marina slips, sales, and restaurant facilities, with work including the use of URBEMIS2007 modeling to assess construction and operational impacts, review of air toxics inventories, and health risks evaluations at nearby airport operations (San Diego, CA)
- Goodrich Aerospace Natural Gas Internal Combustion Engines Project NSR/BACT analysis and NSR permitting for project to construct and operate four natural gas/diesel pilot-fueled internal combustion reciprocating engines with approximately 12.66 megawatts of electrical generation capacity, which also included engineering analyses to determine appropriate stack heights for potential emission sources (Chula Vista, CA)
- Rainbow Disposal Transfer Station Project Air quality analysis and screening level HRA for the expansion of a waste recycling and transfer station, including identification of the maximum anticipated activity levels for the facility and estimating air emissions/odors from waste trucks traffic, solid waste handling, and waste transfer system; evaluating potential health risks associated with exposure to emissions/odors from the facility to a nearby elementary school; and mitigation measures (Huntington Beach, CA)
- Roseburg Forest Biomass Facility Project EIR Air Quality Section for the biomass co-generation plant portion of the Roseburg Forest Products wood mill, including evaluating potential criteria pollutant and toxic air contaminant impacts associated with the installation of a new turbine engine, and the net air quality benefit of burning woodchips; analysis prepared in accordance with Siskiyou County Air Pollution Control District guidelines (Weed, CA)

PUBLIC FACILITIES
- Phase-out of Noisier Aircraft from Van Nuys Municipal Airport Air quality analysis and screening level HRA for the FAA Part 161 phasing out of noisier jet aircraft at Van Nuys Municipal Airport, including assessment of potential air quality impacts at Camarillo (Ventura), William J. Fox (Mojave Desert), Chino (Riverside), Burbank, and Los Angeles airports, to which the aircraft may be relocated; work also included analysis of specific emissions associated with aircraft operations, including aircraft, ground support equipment, and ground traffic using the FAA’s Emissions and Dispersion Modeling System, and an evaluation of potential impacts associated with air toxics emissions from relocated aircraft operations (Los Angeles, CA)
- San Pedro Waterfront Project Fast-track air quality analysis to address emissions associated with construction and operation of the Port of Los Angeles inner and outer harbor cruise ship terminals, new harbor cuts, Port-of-Calls restaurants and shops, parking structures, warehouses, extended electric Red Trolleys lines, and relocation of two marine fuel stations; extensive mitigation measures applied to diesel particulate sources (e.g., cruise ships, trucks) to reduce the health risks to the public (Los Angeles, CA)
- Joint Force Training Base Project Sustainability analysis using various models to determine under what conditions mission changes or new projects may result in a significant adverse environmental effect; air emission calculations were conducted for stationary sources (i.e., boilers and furnaces, internal combustion engines and fuel storage and dispensing facilities) and mobile sources (i.e., aircraft, tactical support equipment and vehicles) for evaluating the project’s requirements under PSD/NSR, nonattainment area NSR, New Source Performance Standards, Air Toxics Maximum Achievable Control Technology standards, NEPA and General Conformity (Los Alamitos, CA)
- Otay Water District Carbon Footprint Assessment Greenhouse gas emission assessment, development of GHG and CO2 equivalent baseline emissions inventory (from direct and indirect sources, including vehicle travel, stationary sources, water reclamation, and consumption of electricity provided by the power utility); California Climate Action Registry protocols and available data were used to establish average annual carbon footprint (San Diego County, CA)
- Installation Restoration Site 7 Dredging and Demolition Project Air quality analysis for dredging of contaminated dredge materials and demolition of an existing marina facility at the Port of Long Beach, including use of the OFFROAD2007 model to assess dredging and construction impacts and review of air toxics inventories and potential health risks from proposed construction activities (Long Beach, CA)
- Solana Beach Mixed-use Train Station Project Air quality, climate change, and health risk technical studies for an integrated transit-oriented mixed-use development, including assessment of the rail locomotive and automobile traffic exhaust emissions, evaluation of the potential health risks of diesel particulates on residences, and determination of the impacts due to construction and operation of the proposed project (Solana Beach, CA)
- Grossmont Union High School District High School No. 12 Site Selection Air quality analysis and HRA for three alternative site locations, where high school students would be exposed to diesel particulate matter emitted by passing motor vehicles; screening level HRA conducted to assess potential health impacts caused by inhalation of diesel particulate matter emissions and determine the appropriate distance for locating a new high school in the conceptual site plan (La Mesa, CA)
- Imperial Landfill Expansion Plan EIR Air Quality Section, including detailed construction, operations, and mobile source emissions; evaluation of the effectiveness of control dust measures for point source emissions, material excavation, and travel on paved and unpaved roads; mitigation measures for compliance with the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District’s Rules 207 (modified stationary source permit), 216 (Toxic-Best Available Control Technology), and 800 (control of particulate dust emissions) (Imperial County, CA)
- Cordelia I-80 Eastbound Truck Scales Relocation Project Air quality and energy technical reports to evaluate potential impacts associated with project construction, project-related automobiles and truck traffic, commercial uses of the truck scales, and potential health effects associated with emissions of diesel particulate matter; prepared in accordance with Chapters 11 (Air Quality) and 13 (Energy) of the Caltrans Standard Environmental References (Solano County, CA)
- El Dorado Hills Water Treatment Plant Expansion Project Air Quality Study for a proposed water treatment plant adjacent to an elementary school and residential subdivision; key issues involved air quality and health risk impacts associated with emissions from construction equipment activities and excavation of naturally occurring asbestos soils near the school and residences (El Dorado County, CA)
- Middle Kyle Complex Project Air quality and greenhouse gas emission analyses to evaluate potential adverse air quality and climate change effects associated with the proposed 4,300-acre recreational park facilities, including campgrounds, picnic areas, equestrian and mountain bike rental buildings/concessions, and visitor facilities within the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest Spring Mountain National Recreational Area (Clark County, NV)
