Meadowlands Subdivision
HELIX Environmental Planning (HELIX) is providing CEQA consultation and regulatory permitting services for the Meadowlands Subdivision project in the City of Lincoln. HELIX is working with the City to complete the CEQA process and is leading the aquatic permit processes with the resource agencies including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Regional Water Quality Control Board. The large-scale residential development project will also include the establishment of a permanent open space preserve on the Markham Ravine to conserve and protect waters of the U.S and other biological resources.
