Established in 1991 and based in California, HELIX provides a broad range of environmental consulting and design services on a variety of project types located throughout California and the western U.S.
HELIX Environmental Planning Construction Group (HECG)
HELIX Environmental Construction Group is a division of HELIX which focuses on environmental construction and implementation of habitat restoration projects. As a licensed landscape and engineering contractor, our construction group specializes in design and installation of projects requiring environmental expertise. Habitat restoration, exotic plant removal, drought-tolerant landscape conversions, and engineered erosion-control solutions are among the services provided.

Federal agencies may access HELIX's services through our General Services Administration (GSA) federal supply schedule, Contract No. GS-10F-0020V. HELIX provides services under SIN 899-1, Environmental Planning and Documentation, and SIN 899-7, Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
