Nationwide Permits Expiring!

Federal Clean Water Act Section 404 Nationwide Permit (NWP) authorizations (General Permits) issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) on March 12, 2007 are set to expire in just over a month. On March 18, 2012, all NWPs issued under the 2007 program will expire unless they are reissued, modified, or vested for an additional 12-month period.
