Beth Martinez Joins HELIX’s San Diego Team

HELIX is excited to announce the addition of Beth Martinez, Biology Group Manager and Principal Regulatory Specialist, to our San Diego County offices in Carlsbad and La Mesa!

With over 20 years of experience, Beth has served in lead strategy and implementation roles for solving complex problems on behalf of clients and project teams, including consensus building and conflict resolution between client’s needs and local, state, and federal regulatory policies. She is particularly skilled in developing solutions for multi-faceted and challenging processes, and those in which multiple and diverse stakeholders are involved. Beth has successfully led a number of projects through the due diligence and permitting process and she has provided subsequent mitigation recommendations. Along the way, she has fostered long-standing, positive relationships with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), among other agencies.

This expansion allows us to support clients and business partners in San Diego and Orange counties, along with the Inland Empire on a greater scale.
